Terms of Service
These Terms govern bookings and enquiries made through Aura Retreats ([COMPANY NAME]), with registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], tax ID [NIF/CIF] (the “Operator”).
1. Retreats
Aura offers ultra-private, seasonal couples’ burnout-recovery retreats. Places are limited (typically up to 10 couples / 20 guests per batch). Descriptions on the site are invitations to treat; final inclusions are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking & deposit
A 30% deposit (€300 per night per couple) is required to secure a place — computed from the nights chosen. The balance is due three weeks before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable until three weeks before arrival. Deposit payment methods (including Stripe Payment Links) will be provided when configured. Until payment links are live, reservations are held by written confirmation after enquiry.
3. Pricing
Rates are shown from €1,000 per night per couple unless otherwise stated. Add-ons are priced on request. Taxes and local fees may apply depending on destination and will be itemised before you pay.
4. Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for travel documents, visas, travel insurance, and fitness to travel. Partner sanctuaries may apply house rules; guests must follow them.
5. Cancellations

6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator’s liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amounts paid for that booking. We are not liable for partner sanctuary acts outside our reasonable control, force majeure, or travel disruptions.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
